Our shipping services

We would love for our deliveries to have the same energy as our bars and reach you really fast, but sometimes it's not within our control. Please do bear with us during this time. 

Delivery Delays

During COVID-19 both Royal Mail and Courier services are experiencing unpredictable delays due to staff shortages, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. We will do our best in this circumstance to track your package down. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

If your parcel is delayed by more than a week, please do get in touch with and we will do the super fast running at our side to check out where the parcel has taken it's 'rest' break and update you with next steps.
